I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. 3 O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together. 4 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. 5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. 6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. 8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. 9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him. 10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing. 11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD. 12 What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good? 13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. 14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. 15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. 16 The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. 17 The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. 18 The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. 19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all. 20 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken. 21 Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate. 22 The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

angela h = "We should always be praising the Lord. Mention is made here of the mouth so we know we should not only live a life pleasing to the Lord, but also speak good things about Him.  He is worthy!"
Cary W = "I was once in Maui, on the one mountain there, praising God for the trees and streams, which I really love, being from Idaho.  All of a sudden this verse arose from my lips, and as I commanded, 'O magnify the Lord with me, let us exalt His name together, " I felt the very trees, plants and stream start to vibrate and move in response and praise of God.Praise is becoming to a saint!"
Sara Di Diego = "This Psalm came about once David had made Abimelech, a Philistine king, believe he was crazy, causing the king to drive David away.David had originally run away from his own country because of Saul, but Abimelech had recognized him.  Thus the only way of not being accused of being a spy, or something worse, David pretended to be a madman.  And, of course, this plan worked by the power of God.Work Cited:http://www.biblestudytools.com/commentaries/matthew-henry-complete/psalms/34.html"
angela h = "Believer's souls are saved from hell and when we tell others of how God saved us they will realize the hope that is for all. Witnessing is very important!Notice the humble are the ones who are glad. This indicates that the Holy Spirit of God has already been telling them of their lost condition. If He had not, the person would still be proud and not see their need to be saved. "
angela h = "We should incite others to praise and worship the Lord with us. If we are excited about what God has done for us, others will want what we got. If we are "gloom and doom" Christians they will want nothing to do with our Jesus.  It is important to remember to not let our joy be dictated by our circumstance. True joy comes from the Lord. The "joy of the Lord is your strength" Nehemiah 8:10."
Sara Di Diego = "The only way for God to get bigger, or magnify, is to worship him more and convert more.Work Cited:http://www.easyenglish.info/psalms/psalm034-taw.htm"
angela h = "The psalmist is telling the story of personal salvation here... his heart was convicted by The Holy Spirit. He sought the Lord for help with his sin problem. God heard him and applied the blood of Jesus. Now there is now no more condemnation. See Romans 8:1. He is now delivered from a devil's hell. "
angela h = "See John 3:17. Jesus says He came to save the world not to condemn the world. He wants to lift us up out of our sin. He doesn't want to hold it over our heads. Psalm 103: 8-14 tells us how merciful God is.  He knows we are born in sin and prone to it. He will remove our transgressions as far as the east is to the west; never again to be remembered. 1 John 1:9 tells us that "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."He forgives us and cleans us up!"
angela h = "See John 3:17. Jesus says He came to save the world not to condemn the world. He wants to lift us up out of our sin. He doesn't want to hold it over our heads. Psalm 103: 8-14 tells us how merciful God is.  He knows we are born in sin and prone to it. 10 Cary W = "Be assured friend, that as we look to Him, our loving and kind Father, He will lighten our step and our countenance and our minds in understanding and will remove all shame we may be tempted to show, yeah even our faces will glow!"
angela h = "We are all spiritually poor.  When we realize that and call on the Lord for help, He saves us."
angela h = "Can anybody say "guardian angel"? I thank God for mine, I am sure I work him overtime (especially when I am driving)."
Cary W = "He said He will give His angels charge over us to guide, protect and provide for, and as we revere Him, we will be given taste of His unspeakable goodness, being so very blessed in our trust of Him."
angela h = "Jesus paid the sin debt for all of mankind. We are all invited to partake of His goodness. Unfortunately, it is not automatic, we must choose to open the gift that God has given us.Our lives become so much better when we let Jesus in."
angela h = "The fear here can be translated as "reverence" and I believe it is more fitting. We are to love God and reverence Him. He is loving, merciful, and all powerful. To simply use fear would suggest He forces us to serve Him, which is not true at all. For those who choose to reverence Him there is no want. See Psalm 24:1 and Psalm 37:24.All other creatures shall see want. "
angela h = "These verses suggest that a long good life is in store for those who reverence the Lord. See Exodus 20:12 Psalm 23:6."
angela h = "This would be the instructions of how to "fear the Lord".keep mouth shutstay away from bad stuffdo goodlook for peace and try to keep it"
angela h = "God keeps His eyes on us and listens to us when we have a petition if we are lawful. God in no way obligates Himself to listen to our cries when we are willfully sinning. See Psalm 66:18. "
angela h = "We see a contrast here in how God deals with the wicked and how He deals with the righteous. Ultimately the wicked would be cast into the lake of fire. See Revelation 20:11-15. The righteous will live for all eternity with God Almighty. See Revelation 21:3-4."
angela h = "James 4:8 tells us if we draw nigh to God, He will draw nigh to us. The broken heart and contrite spirit is us humbling ourselves before God, admitting and repenting of our sins. See Psalm 51:17 and Isaiah 66:2. When we run to the Father, humbling ourselves, repenting, and desiring to be in His will. He gladly opens up His arms and draws us near Him. All He wants is for us to love Him just as He loves us."
angela h = "Believers are not ever promised a trouble free life. As a matter of fact, we are promised quite the opposite. See James 1:2 and Romans 5:3-5.No matter what the trouble, we cannot be separated from God. See Romans 8:35-39."
angela h = "This is a prophecy the Jesus would not have any broken bones when crucified. See John 19:31-37"
angela h = "The wicked's own evil ways will send them to the lake of fire, not God. God has made a way for them to be saved but they reject His offer. Therefore, literally God does NOT send people to the lake of fire. They send themselves by rejecting Jesus. God doesn't desire for any human to go to the lake of fire. See Second Peter 3:9. The lake of fire was not designed  for human beings. See Matthew 25:41."
angela h = "God buys back from sin the souls of them who repent and serve Him. When we learn to trust the Lord we can be assured that in the end everything will be okay."
