Don't try to be a taker. It's better to give than to receive (better for your mental health). Don't hate; it's a waste of effort and it does not work. The other person has problems you cannot even begin to imagine. Assume the other has problems and try to ask, "How can I make things better?" Love never fails. You are not as great as you think you are. You are not as evil as you think you are. You are not trying to screw things up; that is, you are, in your only way, doing your best. That means you are worthy of love from others. This also applies to all others, whether or not they choose to take that view toward you. If something hurts, hinders or makes you uncomfortable, do not ever ever do it to anyone else ever. If something might make you uncomfortable, you would not want it to happen to you; therefore, do not do to anyone else that which might in any way make them uncomfortable. It is okay if you accidentally make someone else uncomfortable. Remember that you are not perfect, so you will always make mistakes, and some of them will be doozies, but don't beat yourself up over it, However, if you do hurt another person, you need to apologize and strive to make amends.
