One of the things I had to figure out as a Christian was what is my purpose in my faith. I do believe that each person has a purpose in their faith as we are told in Ephesians 4: 11-17. I also have come to understand that these ministries are expressed by the Gifts of the Spirit. The problem I had was which ministry was i to fit into. Im my growth I had come across some test to help, I tried them and found them to helpful. It just that God dose not always work that way. I did spend some time in prayer to find my place in faith. I was blessed to receive an answer. One of the passages that kept jumping out at was in 2 Cor. 5: 12-2, the ministry of reconciliation. I have and still do spend a lot time studying this and sharing the wonderful Biblical principals to help people grow in their faith and  as a person. One of the thing I come to believe is that reconciliation involves 3 areas, reconciliation with yourself, with God and with other people. Reconciliation with yourself, when i tell people I sometimes get strange looks till I say that people are sinner in need of a saviors or a Christian in need of grace. Dealing with those three areas of reconciliation is a big and deep study.

1 Jeff Smith = "Ephesians 4 KJV on Deily."And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind""
2 Jeff Smith = "Here's a link to 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 in the King James Version. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.""
