1 Cary W = "The session begins after orientation where you are just with yourself in talking, no interaction with anyone.  It is just time to be with yourself in silence and practice."
2 Cary W = "Vipassana is all about observing the sensations of the body and attending to ones breath.  By such practice one becomes aware of the connection between the cells and organs of the body and the different thoughts, feelings and perceptions associated with your physical and non physical being."
