The enemy attacks us (church) in varying ways, but I have discerned that it is not often with big catastrophic calamity. This , for the most part, is immediately recognized by the one he attacks. We then cry out to God for help and deliverance, Against His aid he will always lose. He knows this, so...he employs his influence on our psyche gradually. This is done through all the little irritations we encounter through our daily lives. You see, we ALL struggle with some level of pride, and we can often confuse our confidence with it. He uses these tiny unseemingly meaningless moments to have a compunded effect on us, wherein we tell ourselves,"no, I can make it through this". This is the response the enemy wants from us, because through we speak in error. The truth is... we can not. Even Jesus said,"I can of Myself do nothing."(John5:30) when we begin to feel the weight of the hundreds of annoying things throughout our daily lives, we must remember, that God's help never decreases in its efficiency, for He is the same yesterday, today, and forever."(Hebrews13:8) when these inevitable moments come, it is not,"I will get through," but rather " He will pull me through this."
