1 Cary W = "Mindfulness is being and sustaining bare attention to the present moment, and that raw awareness only comes when the mind is still and quiet.  Be still and simply know I am God.  It is keeping ones ear to the ground of God's voice within, and letting all of the other distracting voices roll by like clouds on a hazy day, until the Son shines through once again."
2 Cary W = "We all must set aside our preconceptions and beliefs, if we are to know God, Who's wisdom lay far beyond anything we can imagine or perceive.  We must become as open and attentive as a little child, who knows nothing, but is so very ready to learn, see, hear and do."
3 Cary W = "We are always influenced to one degree or another by each others life and philosophy, yet to the degree that we find our own inner, genuine voice, we find our own unique gifts and offerings to share with each other.  When one of us awakens, we all awaken together."
