1 Cary W = "Be aware that if you do all of these exercises with eight cycles each, you may experience the release of built up toxins, leading you to feel slightly nauseated.  Drink plenty of water, eat light vibrant foods, and continue to work with Kriya breathing.  Within a day or so you will feel totally renewed and charged with vibrant life after they pass."
2 Cary W = "Each position of the arms opens a different area in the body and lungs for breath work.  The focused breathing gives the bloodstream time to actually absorb more chi and oxygen as well as allow it to expel toxins."
