Lughnasdh bread

1 Korin Robinson = "1 cup milk 1 egg 2 Tbs butter 2 1/2 cups bread flour 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup wheat germ toasted 3 Tbs packed brown sugar 1 tsp yeastToast Wheat Germ by pouring in sided cookie sheet and putting in over at 250 for 1 hour. Add ingredients to bread machine in order given. If available, select the whole grain cycle. if not basic white will do. Number of Servings: 16"
