God speaks to us through His written word, the Bible. Christians speak to God through prayer. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen._ 1 Corinthians 14:15 _What am I to do? 1 Sarah R = "God's greatest revelation to us is His Word - the written Word (the Bible), and the living Word (Jesus). The Bible and Jesus speak together to tell us about God and the relationship He longs to have with us."
2 Sarah R = "A wonderful saint of a woman who had been a Christian for some 50 years once said that she tries to live this verse by throughout her day including prayer in her activities. Rather than spending 24/7 on her knees in formal prayerlike stance she would say many short prayers all day long. Praying over her words and actions, praying for people she encountered, praying for places she went. This type of prayer takes great discipline and practice, but when put in place, can drastically alter your attitude about yourself, your life, and others."
