1 Cary W = "All outer things are mere representations of inner perceptions.  All things we value, only have value because it is what we personally prefer or chose.  To be aware that all things begin with the inner thoughts and feelings, and the higher vibration the thought and feeling the more all we manifest in life resonates joy and peace."
2 Ben N = "There is significance in letting go of "that" - which implies distance, otherness, separation - and choosing "this," which implies presence and immediacy. We are at peace when we stop chasing after what is not here and now, and simply rest in the present moment as it is."
