Many years ago, during my initial training in biblical counseling, I was introduced to the Y-Chart diagram. Since then, I’ve used it hundreds of times to help others to learn how the motivations of the heart work out in our lives and, therefore, why we must address the issues of the heart as we pursue biblical sanctification. Since one of my trainers was Rick Thomas. I was delighted to find this video online. I know you will find it profitable personally, as well as for your one-another ministry.
