Video: What the World Needs Now: Courage, Mindfulness, and Love

On July 7, 2020 Trudy Goodman, George Mumford and I got together for a special online event: “Courage, Mindfulness and Love.”

Our discussion focused on our current transformational time and George’s work in times of crises. In addition to working with the Chicago Bulls in 1997-98, George has taught meditation since 1986 in a range of environments, from police departments and prisons to university campuses in the midst of a wave of hate crimes. George has held difficult and powerful conversations that open up space for courage and love to shine through.
