5 Cary W = "Right speech is the number one source for blessing in life, as unright speech is its biggest upset.  Our words are powerful energies releasing either the good or disharmonious energies experienced in life."
6 Cary W = "I am sorry for any creature or being that I have harmed and taken away their right to life.  It can in most cases be avoided, and great care should be taken to take any steps to avoid harm of any kind to any kind of being."
